We aim to dispatch orders on a normal working day within 24 hours. Orders purchased before 11am will usually be dispatched the same day.
Next Day Delivery
Orders are sent fully tracked. Orders must be placed before 2pm Monday to Friday for Next Day delivery, orders placed after 2pm may not be dispatched until the following day. Our couriers do not deliver on Sundays and Bank Holidays.
Orders placed on Friday before 2pm will need to select the Saturday Next Day delivery option or they will be delivered Monday, excluding Bank Holidays when they will be delivered Tuesday. Orders placed on Friday after 2pm may not be delivered until Tuesday.
Orders placed on Sundays and Bank Holidays will be dispatched on the next working day and delivered the following day.
Please Note: We will only ship to the address entered at checkout. You have the opportunity to change the delivery address during the checkout process, but we are unable to change it after your order has been placed.
How can I track the status of my order?
You will receive an email to confirm we have received your order and that your payment has been accepted. You will also receive an email when your order has been dispatched.
In your dispatch confirmation email we will include any relevant tracking numbers, allowing you to track your parcel on the Interlink Express website.
Special delivery instructions
If you have any special instructions for delivery, such as leaving your parcel with a neighbour, please include them in the ‘special instructions’ section at the checkout. Please note that our couriers will not respond to notes left on doors for security reasons.

How carefully is my order packaged?
We take great care in packaging your order using the necessary materials according to its weight, size and how fragile it is.
What do I do if my order arrives damaged?
If any item you receive from us arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then advise you on the best course of action. In most cases we will ask you to return the item to us for an exchange or refund.
Please do not return a damaged order to us without contacting us first.
